Home Based Telesales Executive, Educational Sales, TERM TIME ONLY, £14,625 Basic, Uncapped Commission, Holiday Entitlement.
This is a rare home based sales role working for a market leader in educational hardware.To succeed in this home based role you will be a proven telemarketer, telesales or advertising professional that is hugely self driven, articulate and self motivated. It is essential that you have a passion for education!!
The Role and Requirements
In this home based telesales role you will be expected to make significant numbers of calls and sales every day to teachers and educational advisors. It's fair to say that this is a not a job for the faint hearted as you will be selling to sophisticated, worldly-wise and tough clients that are renowned for their belligerency! It therefore requires an extremely self disciplined individual that can focus on a hard days work within their home environment and one that is experienced in pitching to experienced levels. As part of the initial training you will be expected to visit Oxford so do keep this in mind when applying.

To succeed you will be tenacious, persistent and target driven with a passion for sales and customer service. You will have a strong yet natural closing approach and have prior experience of working within a target driven business to business sales environment. You will have the ability to overcome complex objections and the absolutely ideal candidate will have worked in a high call-level oriented sales sector pitching to experienced levels.
To summarise they are looking for a consummate new business developer with a proven track record of consistent over-achievement together with the drive and tenacity to work from home. It is highly preferable that you have sold into education and have proof of this.
